Description

The YDNCX fuse cutout has a long history of providing safe, reliable overcurrent protection to the industry. The NCX design provides overcurrent protection for equipment that may be damaged by system overload or fault conditions.

Rating

The YDNCX accommodate a 100A fuse-holder, a 200A fuse-holder.

Designing feature

1).The 100A fuseholder can accommodate standard or removable buttonhead-type fuse links from 6A to 100A.The 200A fuseholder accommodates fuse links rated from 100A to 200A.

2).The selection of the appropriate fuse link size and type for a particular application is a function of the continuous load current to be carried, the type of equipment to be protected, and the required coordination with overcurrent protective equipment.

3).Type of protective equipment include circuit breaker, power recloser, and other fused cutouts.
